Chief Information Officer / Co-Founder
Teri Green, a native of Chicago, is an innovative IT leader with more than 16
years of combined experience in the telecommunications, education, and
technology services industries; she has led and planned IT infrastructures,
software product deployments, and strategic operations. She holds five
degrees an associate degree in Computer Science from Moraine Valley
Community College, a Dual Bachelor’s in Information Technology Systems and
Computer Engineering from the University of Phoenix, Master’s in
Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Penn State University and her
Doctorate. She holds certifications in Advanced Cybersecurity from the
University of Phoenix, Information Security Professional (ISC2) IT Security
Content Specialist, Inclusive Leadership Certificate –Catalyst, Strategic
Applications of IT Project & Program Management from the University of
Washington, an Agile scrum master. She is also a current doctoral candidate at Purdue
University studying Policy and Law with a minor in Cybersecurity.
With extensive experience leading start-ups revitalizing IT infrastructures for
companies and delivering high-quality technology solutions on time and
budget. Green has the proven ability to provide senior leadership in
establishing IT strategy, goals, and priorities for large and small companies.
Her key strengths being communicating corporate vision, information systems
management, IT Security, and creating a culture and work ethic that will
maximize efficiency and team performance in the organization. Successfully
managed multiple large-scale technology projects, network, and system
infrastructures and built and led top-performing teams servicing users globally;
she feels her expertise is extensive and highly unique. While playing her guitar,
protecting compliance is guaranteed to be my next hit song as she strives to
be a security champ.
Green is the first CIO for Normandy Schools Collaborative as well the Cofounder/
CISO for Lite Technology Solutions, LLC a cybersecurity firm. Green is
also the board president at EdPlus and sits as an advisor for CDW’s Advisory
Board for Education, Secure World – STL advisory board – Cybersecurity, and
Missouri State University executive customer experience program. Her latest
achievements being Intercon Award Vegas 2020-2021 – Top Tech 100
Innovator and Influencer Award and being crowned one of the most influential
women in cybersecurity, placing her on the Cybersecurity Diva list. Green is up
for three nominations St. Louis Orbie Awards 21 – CIO of the year, New York
Women IT Awards 21 – CIO of the Year, and Universal Women’s Network –
Women of Inspiration Award 2021. She currently believes in paying the
knowledge forward, so she mentors for two organizations, the International
Consortium of Minority Cyber Security Professional (ICMCP) mentor and STLTechLx
Mentor woman executive series.
